Shipping & Delivery
At Melrose Editions, every piece of art is made to order by local artisans. This allows us to deliver museum-quality prints with care. We typically need 2-5 business days for this meticulous process. We understanding how important it is to receive your order quickly, but we don't like to rush or cut corners when it comes to quality.
Production & Dispatch Times
At Melrose Editions, nothing is rushed off a shelf. Each piece is made to order, carefully produced by skilled artisans to meet our exacting standards. We don’t cut corners—because quality, much like art, takes time. During busy periods such as Christmas, production times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Estimates
Most orders arrive within:

United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

United States: 4–8 business days

Europe: 4–8 business days

Rest of World: 4-10 business days
This includes 2–5 business days for production—where your artwork is printed, framed, and prepared with care—followed by delivery time.
You’ll receive a shipping email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the studio. If it doesn’t arrive straight away, rest assured: your piece is still in the hands of those who know how to do it properly.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as customs, weather, or courier issues may occasionally cause delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.
Tracking
All our orders are shipped with tracked delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking link via email.
Customs & Import Fees
No surprises here—orders shipped within the UK, USA, and EU won’t incur any customs fees. That’s all taken care of.
If you're ordering from outside these regions, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
