When will my order arrive?

All artwork is handcrafted to order and typically ships within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

UK & Europe: 1–3 business days after dispatch
USA & International: 3–7 business days after dispatch

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for our wall art. If there’s an issue with your order or you're not completely satisfied, just contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. For more information, visit our Returns & Refund page.

Where are you based?

Melrose Editions is proudly based in the UK, with our primary studio just outside London. We also work with print partners in Europe and the USA to ensure fast and reliable delivery worldwide.

What if my artwork arrives incorrect or damaged?

In the rare event that you receive the wrong artwork or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it a priority to put things right.

Can I request a different size or frame?

We’re always happy to help. If you’re looking for a specific size or frame finish not listed, please get in touch via our Contact page and we’ll do our best to create something uniquely special for you.

Will my artwork arrive ready to hang?

Yes, all of our artwork comes fully framed and ready to hang. Each piece is carefully assembled and delivered ready to display straight out of the box, no framing required.

What kind of materials do you use?

We use gallery-grade canvas, paired with sustainably sourced wooden frames. Each piece is produced in partnership with trusted fine art studios in the UK, Netherlands, and USA, ensuring museum-quality craftsmanship.

Who creates the artwork?

At Melrose Editions, everything starts with design. Every collection is thoughtfully curated by Oliver, who brings a calm, considered eye to everything we do. While we collaborate with talented artists from all kinds of backgrounds and styles, Oliver personally guides each piece—refining and selecting the final artworks to make sure they align with the relaxed, refined aesthetic that defines Melrose Editions

Our artworks are created using a blend of modern techniques—from layered digital illustration and painterly effects to textured compositions inspired by oil, ink, and acrylics. The result is a curated body of work that feels timeless, elevated, and thoughtfully made—art that harmonises effortlessly with contemporary interiors.

Can I order a print without a frame?

All of our pieces come fully framed, as we believe this delivers the best presentation and ensures each piece arrives ready to hang and enjoy. If you'd like it unframed, just get in touch and one of our specialists will be happy to help.

Are your artworks original?

Each piece in the Melrose Editions collection is exclusive to our curation. While we work with artists to develop and adapt visual concepts, the final artworks are carefully directed and refined by our in-house team to align with the aesthetic vision of the brand.

We do not mass-source or resell artwork from public platforms. Every design is part of a cohesive, curated collection—crafted to feel original, intentional, and unique to Melrose Editions.
