Delivery Info & Shipping Policy

At Melrose Editions, we believe in doing things properly. Each piece is made to order with care, not rushed off a shelf—and we take the same approach to shipping. From secure packaging to reliable couriers, your artwork is in good hands from the studio to your space.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you've found us, you can shop with us.
We use a trusted network of carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, FedEx, and local delivery partners to get your order to you safely and efficiently.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from fulfilment studios in the UK, USA and Europe.
Your order will typically be produced and dispatched from the studio closest to you to help reduce delivery time and avoid customs fees where possible.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within the following timeframes (including production time):

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
UK 3–8 business days
USA 4–8 business days
Europe 4–8 business days
Rest of World 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Each piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

  • During peak seasons (e.g. October–January), production and delivery times may be longer.

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to your door.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Don’t worry—these things happen. If you realise there’s a mistake with your delivery address, just get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help get it sorted.

What if I miss the delivery?

If you’ve missed a delivery or weren’t able to collect your parcel in time, just get in touch and we’ll help get things sorted.

If you know you won’t be home, you can usually use your tracking link to reschedule the delivery or have it left in a designated safe place—depending on your courier's options.

In some cases, your order may be returned to our studio or production partner, but don’t worry—we’ll guide you through the next steps to make sure you get your order without any hassle.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders to the UK, USA, and EU will not incur customs fees.

For all other regions, customs charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in our prices and remain the responsibility of the customer. If you're unsure, get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you’ve changed your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

As each piece is made to order, once your artwork is being crafted by our artisans, it may already be in production—or even prepared for dispatch. At that stage, it’s often too late to cancel but we'll do our best.
